Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Nodecache Tools for scheduled consultations or program seats. Informational website browsing is free and not subject to refunds.

Timeframe

Cancel a Compass Call at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancel Pathway Map or Mentored Track bookings at least 7 days before the first session for a full refund. Cohort seats for the Ausbildung Pathway Clinic may be cancelled for a full refund up to 10 days before module one begins.

Full vs partial refunds

If you cancel after the windows above but before services begin, we may offer a partial refund of 50% of the unused fee, or a credit toward a later date. After a session has been delivered, that session’s fee is non-refundable. For Mentored Track, unused future touchpoints may be refunded proportionally if you cancel in writing mid-track.

Non-refundable items

• Completed one-to-one hours and delivered written pathway briefs
• Administrative fees explicitly labeled non-refundable in your booking email
• Third-party costs we prepay on your behalf with your approval (for example, room hire for an on-site intensive)

Refund process

Email hello@nodecache-tools.digital with your booking reference, service name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add a few days beyond our transfer.

Cancellation by Nodecache Tools

If we cancel a session or cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. We are not responsible for your incidental travel costs unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in Germany remain unaffected. Documented medical emergencies may qualify for goodwill rescheduling or refund beyond the standard windows at our discretion. No-shows without notice are charged in full.
